In 1981, he achieved a bachelor›s degree in Social and Political Sciences from the esteemed University of Portland in the United States. Presently, H.E Bin Twar assumes the vital role of Vice Chairman at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Qatar, serving as the exclusive representative of the private sector. The chamber, revered as one of Qatar›s paramount institutions, boasts a membership exceeding 35,000 comprising commercial and industrial companies from the private and semi-governmental sectors. Additionally, he holds the prestigious position of Vice President at the Qatar Council of Business, spearheading various Qatari business councils in collaboration with foreign nations. Moreover, H.E Bin Twar leads as the Head of the Committee of Construction and the Committee on Education at the Qatar Chamber. He also serves as a member of several committees within the private sector, collaborating with official authorities within and beyond Qatar›s borders. In his capacity as Vice Chairman of the Qatar Chamber, he welcomes and engages with numerous high-level commercial and economic delegations. Bin Twar & Partners Group (BTPG) aims to act as an active partner in Qatar National Vision 2030 led by HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani by providing essential services like Investment & Development, Renewable Energy Solutions, as well as Traffic Safety.
